Arctic Security Forum

Join us at the Arctic Security Forum in Oulu on June 16-17, 2026. The forum brings together Nordic universities and key stakeholders for a two-day dialogue on total defence, transportation, and preparedness in the North. The programme consists of presentations and discussions on the most pressing Arctic security issues of today, followed by three co-creation workshops to establish new cooperation, projects and plans.
